This is a large shirt. If you’re petite you can wear this as a dress. Elastic ruching in the center of the chest. drawstring towards the bottom.

new with tags. tag says size 10, but i think that might be UK sizing. 15.5” from pit to pit (unstretched) and 28” from top of sleeve to bottom.

fornarina dress/very large shirt

I’m pretty sure this is a shirt. The tag says size large.  I’ve worn it as a dress after belting the waist.  The sleeves are large (they drop low on each side so you can see your bra, which is not a problem if you have a cute one to show off! it just shows the side a little.)  hot pink hem at the bottom.  The black collar is droopy so you could probably wear this off the shoulder too.
